AshkirLink Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. AshkirLink ships both domestically and internationally.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond AshkirLink's control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. AshkirLink is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. AshkirLink is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at ashkir1600@gmail.com before the order is shipped.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact AshkirLink at ashkir1600@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to AshkirLink due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
