30-Day Return Policy

AshkirLink offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition — unworn, unused, and with tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is approved, AshkirLink will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact AshkirLink immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return at AshkirLink:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item at AshkirLink is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once AshkirLink receives and inspects your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
